What’s the capacity?
The Boardroom seats 8–10 comfortably. U-shape up to 8; small classroom up to 8.
What hours can we book?
Typically 6:00am–9:00pm, 7 days. Ask if you need earlier/later access.
Is AV included?
Yes — large display (HDMI/USB-C), whiteboard & markers and Wi-Fi. A clicker and basic VC support are available on request (bring your laptop).
Do you have Wi-Fi details on the day?
Yes — we’ll provide the network and password at check-in.
Can we self-cater or bring coffee/food?
Absolutely. You can BYO catering and use the kitchen for simple prep (tea/coffee, plating). Please bring cookware/serveware.
Is there parking and accessible entry?
Yes — free parking beside the Hub and accessible facilities throughout. Tell us any specific needs and we’ll confirm the best access route.
Can we book recurring meetings?
Yes — we’re happy to arrange weekly or monthly bookings.
