How many guests fit comfortably?
Up to 100 seated for banquet/cabaret; more for cocktail. We’ll confirm based on your layout and dance-floor plan.
Can we BYO catering and bar?
Yes. BYO is welcome. We’ll brief you on access, service points and clean-up.
Is AV included?
Large display/screen, HDMI/USB-C, Wi-Fi and whiteboard. Microphones/lectern are available on request.
What time do events finish?
Typical 7:00am–Midnight window; ask about extended hours or a next-day clean-up option.
What happens if the weather turns?
We can reconfigure the lounge for an indoor ceremony or reception.
Is there parking and accessible entry?
Yes — free parking beside the Hub and accessible facilities throughout. Tell us any specific needs and we’ll confirm the best access route.
Do we need to handle rubbish and cleaning?
Please remove rubbish/recycling at the end of hire. We do a standard room reset. A next-day clean-up window may be available (ask when booking).
